Since 1945 visitors have delighted in the exceptional music—from classical to opera to jazz—and the enchanting garden setting that makes Caramoor such a unique and treasured resource.

- The Caramoor Indoors season of Fall and Spring concerts in the Music Room;
- Arts-in-education programs that provide cultural enrichment to thousands of students in the Westchester and New York City public school systems;
- The unique House Museum with its twenty public rooms containing an extraordinary collection of art and antiques; and
- Over 90 acres of beautiful parklands, gardens, and pavilions that were designed to be a jewel-like setting for musical events, as well as for strolling and picnicking.

MISSION
Caramoor will be recognized as an internationally respected center for serious music. It will be dedicated to distinguishing itself by attracting world class performers and launching the finest young musical talent. The House and grounds will provide an intimate setting to support the concert activity. Using Caramoor’s network of musicians and educators and the unique Renaissance atmosphere of the House and gardens, Caramoor will sustain curriculum-based, participatory, educational outreach programs.
